Lobster Roll

  • 1 lb CK Family Seafood lobster meat

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1/2 celery stick (thinly sliced)

  • lemon juice (1/2 lemon)

  • shredded lettuce

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 hot dog buns toasted in butter

  1. Mix lobster meat, mayo, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Place shredded lettuce in toasted hot dog buns

  3. Place lobster meat mixture in buns

  4. Enjoy with your favorite side!

Lobster Mac and Cheese

  • 1 pound cooked pasta

  • Family Seafood lobster meat

  • 1 stick butter

  • 5 tablespoons flour

  • 5 cups whole milk

  • 8 oz grated cheddar

  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella

  • 6 slices american cheese

  • salt and pepper to tase

  1. melt butter in large pot, add in flour and whisk constantly until light brown

  2. slowly pour in milk while whisking; mixture will thicken

  3. add cheese in slowly a handful at a time

  4. add salt and pepper to taste

  5. add in cooked pasta to cheese mixture

  6. add lobster meat and enjoy!

Bacon Wrapped Scallops

  • Family Seafood scallops, rinsed and dried

  • bacon slices, halved

  • salt and pepper

  • olive oil

  1. wrap scallop with half bacon slice

  2. use a toothpick to secure bacon

  3. sprinkle with salt and pepper

  4. place wrapped scallops on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil

  5. bake at 425 degrees F for 16-20 minutes until bacon is cooked thoroughly

Coconut shrimp

  • 1 lb Family Seafood raw peeled shrimp, thawed

  • 3 eggs beaten

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • vegetable oil

  • sweet chili sauce

  1. gather 3 shallow bowls; place flour, salt and pepper in one bowl. Add beaten eggs to second bowl. Mix panko and shredded coconut in the third bowl.

  2. coat one shrimp at a time in flour, then egg, then panko and press gently so coating sticks to shrimp

  3. set shrimp aside as you coat remaining shrimp

  4. add vegetable oil to a deep frying pan to coat bottom of pan ~1/2 inch and heat

  5. place shrimp in pan, trying not to overcrowd the pan

  6. cook 2 minutes then flip and cook another 2 minutes

  7. place on plate lined with paper towel to absorb oil

  8. enjoy with your favorite sweet chili sauce!
